Booking Rules

  • Members may book a Indoor Tennis Courts 1 and 2 up to 14 days in advance
  • When booking 14 days in advance, the courts may only be booked from 7am.
  • Members are encouraged to show their partners and opponents' name(s) on the booking sheet (from "My Bookings", click "Select Opponent(s)", then Ctrl + Click to select up to three "opponents").

Late-Cancellations & No-Shows

  • When unable to use a court, members should cancel the booking as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
  • A "Late-Cancellation" or "No-Show" penalty of £3 per 45 minutes will be imposed:
    • when a court is cancelled within 24 hrs of the court start time if the court is not re-booked
    • or when the court remains booked and un-used ("no show").

Check-in Policy

  • Members must check-in with their PIN number on the touch screen in the club to confirm usage of the booked session(s) -- this cannot be done remotely.
  • The Member who booked the court must check-in 2 hours prior to the start time of the first session (or within 2 hours after the first start time).
  • Failure to check-in whether due to oversight or not actually utilising the booking will result in the £3 "no-show" penalty per 45 minutes being recorded on your account and an invoice being issued to members who owe 2 or more penalty fees.
  • If you do not know your PIN number, you must login to the booking system website (, and you will find your PIN number by clicking the "My Settings" link on the left side of the web page. You can also change your PIN when logged-in to the booking system website. You can also use the Forgotten Password process on the website to get both your login details and PIN number. If you do not have an email address, please contact the membership secretary.
